I have purchased fence program but activation of fence is impossible.
So, I send e-mail to support team about a week ago and I got ticket ID from them.
I tried to access esupport.stardock.com as they informed but my e-mail address is invalid(this e-mail address is same as store.stardock.com)
In this case, Do I need to make additional account to log in? All other people are same situation as me?
