Hi, Very glad to see icon dragging is back is object desktop v2.1!

There appears to be an issue when dragging multiple files, the files are just added to the dock, not opened.

I haven't been able to drag shortcuts from ANYWHERE onto my docks for a while now. It's a fairly new installation of Windows after an OS corruption, so I see no reason why right off the bat, it's doing this. I've also had the problem for months that the labels that are supposed to display above icons when you hover over them stop showing after it's been running for a certain amount of time.

I have tried everything. I've uninstalled & re-installed 3 times now, I'...

Sounds crazy, right? Except it isn’t.

As you might have heard, Firefox plans to block all third party cookies, which will drastically decrease the ability to track your browsing habits. That’s ok. Up until now, it’s been up to the user to do that or not. Some cookies are better/more functional than others. Those which help websites load faster are good.

When those cookies are blocked, what will happen? It won’t change where ads get displayed, but it will change which get ...

Hey there guys I thought about posting this here and to be honest iam a little embarrassed to do so but my cell phone is dead and i can’t reach my classmates for further help on this. Also i dont waste the rest of my time on searching something usefull to this task on the web. I think its more productive to just ask the pro´s here.
I mainly post it since we will write an exam tomorrow and this is one of the topics that will be included.
I´ve tried hard to get my head around...

I dont know if this is the place to post this so feel free to move it.

So i have a computer that when i boot it up the screen goes dark

but the computer runs and nothing sounds wrong and this happens before

i can boot it in safe mode or go into bios. And if i reboot it 3 or 4 times it boots up normal.

And if i should shut it down like normal in the startmenu and then boot it up again at once

it boots up normal. Does anyone have idea what can cause this, any hints would be apprecia...

Though I've just submited a few icons to the ObjectDock skin area, I've been a visiter and registered user of WC for a long time. One thing easy to see is, there are too many icons for the "famous" programs, like Photoshop, Winamp, WMP... As I know, a lot of people use many other programs on their PC, and they can't find their OD icons anywhere, as well as they do not know how to create one themselves (as in my case before).
So, why don't we have an "open area" for those OD users to request f...

Would it make my friends system run any faster? It have Windows 7 on it right now with just about everything turned off or disabled and it still acts like a dinosaur. Keep in mind this is on a fresh install of 7, no malware or viruses. I think the CPU is to blame here. Web pages take forever to load, programs take forever to execute. 

System in question:

AMD E1-1200 Dual Core APU with Radeon 7130 graphics, 1.4 GHz

4 GB DDR3 memory

320 GB hard drive

I had issues with Fences from the day one I purchased it.

 

When ever, I start the PC; the explorer hangs but after explorer is restarted; this would work fine.

But, today, when the PC started; explorer crashed as usual but did not start and continued to hang.

After few minutes, it said RPC service could not start.

 

So , I had to reboot in safe mode and uninstall it.

 

Has any of you had a similar issue? Thanks!

Ok guys, I have been dual booting Windows 7 and Windows 8 ever since last October when I bought Windows 8.

So far, 7 has been my default OS, with 8 just being a toy/learning tool, mainly.

I am about sure that I want to make 8 my new default OS.

 

Ok, now, both OSes are currently installed on SSDs. 7 on a 256 GB SSD, 8 on a 120 GB SSD.

Naturally, I'll want to have my default OS on the larger/faster drive, I guess. I have good disc images of both drives.

So, in swapping ...

Hello,

I ordered Sins Rebellion off the online store, but even though my debit card says the payment has gone though, I'm getting nothing to show I can download it. Nothing in the cart or checkout, no key or order number, not even anything in the completed orders section. I'm wary of sending billing info over a forum, so I don't know how to help describe the problem further.

Any help please?
