1. Go to program files and delete the foxit directory

2. search you computer for 'npFoxitReaderPlugin.dll' and 'FoxitReaderOCX.ocx', delete any copies of them that you find.

3. Install Adobe Acrobat Reader. (now just adobe reader); it will automatically reclaim all associations previously taken up with foxit

4. Install your PDF viewer of choice (SumatraPDF recommended) and set it to be your default PDF viewer. Any association that your PDF viewer fails to claim (because it is not as int...

Okay! So here is my problem I am having. I recently received a Kensington Mouse-in-a-box as a gift.
I have tested it on several computers and it works fine, but on mine it refuses to respond.

When I plug it in, my computer makes the 'device plugged in' sound. Or 'device recognized' sound or whatever. And in the 'device manager' it shows up. But when I move the mouse itself, the pointer on screen doesn't respond. Any tips on how to fix this problem?

I am just wondering if it is possible, amd if it is what am I doing wrong?

I have tried running it all in compatibility mode, but nothing seems to want to work very well, or at all,

I have a suggestion for star dock, if possible, it'd be f'n awesome if you extended this app to work with windows 8 and have the optionut in to be able to lock it as all background, including the start menue (metro deskscapes, YEA BABY), well, the new metro start menue,

Hey folks, having a ton of issues with Fences 2.

I upgraded from old Fences and at first things seemed fine. But when I played a videogame that changed my resolution, exiting out of it again caused my desktop (explorer.exe) to crash and restart constantly. Only disabling Fences stopped the cycle. I tried running Fences with admin privileges but that caused Fences to CONSTANTLY pop UAC prompts asking me to allow it to change my system. Even with Fences disabled, or when the resolution hasn'...

Hello, I have gone through the settings in skin studio several times and I can't find the setting that controls the following colors/backgrounds/images.

I am currently running windows 7 with a modified Fearomone window blind

1) where is the control that changes the text color in the drop down menu in windows explorer shown here

2) where is the setting that controls the back ground color/ image of the gray back ground here. Picture is of the "edit color" me...

Hello, i'm currently playing around with the trial, thinking about buying WindowFX, Definately will if i can get this working properly.

I have 2 Graphics cards, an ASUS GTX580 Connected to 2 Monitors, one is the main screen, and an ASUS GTX550 Ti connected to 1 monitor.

WindowFX works just fine on the 2 monitors connected to the 580, even if i drag a window from one of these 2 to the 3rd screen attached to the 550, the window will continue to wobble on the 3rd scree...

MS has given the “Outlook” look to Yahoo’s email, as well as for W8 according to Lifehacker.

Other selling points? Supposedly twice as fast with more advanced spam protection. Nice.

Also, you can change the theme easily and quickly from the "options" box... easy peasy.

There are also new apps for the new email as well... for Apple, W8 and regular W7 tablets.

Just renewed my subscription but where do I download the Object Desktop software nowadays?

It does not turn up in Stardock Central in the New Software or any other section, although it registers as paid and active in the "Subscriptions" section. It does not turn up in "My Downloads" on the Stardock site. All I am seeing is a trial version. The old setup in Stardick Central where you could select products that you paid for, and download them, seems to be gone, so what's r...

DrJBHL and others, do you think it's worth upgrading to? I've heard there's been some bugs or incompatibilities or other issues, and I'm not sure whether these are fixed and whether it's worth upgrading from True Image 2011 to True Image 2012. It has some neat new features, but if the reliability is not there I'll stick with my current version (which is still compatible with Windows 7).
